Guesthouse & restaurant (Gasthaus)

This guesthouse is centrally located in the hamlet of Huben in the village of Längenfeld.

The house has a basement, a ground floor with a kitchen, a parlour with a bar, a reception and a second small parlour. The first floor and the top floor have a total of 16 rooms and a sauna, with approx. 40 beds that are rented out to guests. The house is sold fully furnished.

The location is an ideal starting point for skiing in winter as well as for hiking and cycling in summer.

Huben is a family-friendly, quiet village, which leaves nothing to be desired. Bus stop, restaurants, grocery shop, hiking trails and cycle path are all within easy walking distance.
